How the Application Process Will Work

The grants framework is designed to be transparent and milestone-based. The outline below describes the intended process. Final steps and timelines will be published when the programme launches.

1) Submit

Share your project summary, milestones, budget, and deliverables through the published portal (when live).

2) Review

Proposals are evaluated for impact, alignment, feasibility, and responsible delivery practices.

3) Approve

Funding approval follows the programme’s governance criteria and published decision process.

4) Deliver & Report

Milestone-based reporting and transparent updates to support accountability and learning.

Disbursements are intended to be milestone-based and may occur in fiat, stablecoins, or DST depending on network readiness, governance decisions, and operational constraints.
